The SDSU Sports Nutrition Cooperative (SNC) seeks to provide scientifically supported nutrition education and resources to SDSU NCAA Division I student athletes, Adapted Athletics athletes, and recreational athletes by delivering informative presentations and handouts, holding interactive discussions and grocery store tours, and offering dietary analysis with recommendations to SDSU sports teams. In addition, SNC delivers nutrition education to members of the Aztec Recreation Center by providing body composition analysis, nutritious recipe, and nutrition facts for active individuals. Lastly, SNC aims to serve its own members by allowing them to gain professional skills, to discuss new research findings and trends, and to collaborate with fellow students who share a passion for sports nutrition.
